Sheldon M. Geller Founding
Partner/Managing Director A cum laude graduate of New York University and Fordham Law
School, Mr. Geller is an ERISA attorney and a certified public
accountant. He was formerly with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy,
Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler and Ernst & Whinney. Mr.
Geller is a member of the Employee Benefits Committee of the New
York State Society of CPAs, the Editorial Board of The CPA
Journal and the Advisory Board of the Journal of Compensation
and Benefits. Mr Geller has published in Taxation for
Lawyers, Taxation for Accountants, Pension World and Inc.

Manny G. Erlich Managing
Director Mr. Erlich manages Geller Group's 401(k) plan, retirement
plan administration and audit practices. He received a Certified
Employee Benefit Specialist designation from the Wharton School of
the University of Pennsylvania and a Qualified Plan Administrator
designation from the American Society of Pension Actuaries. Mr. Erlich received a Bachelor's
degree cum laude in Mathematics from Brooklyn College and a Master's
degree in Employee Benefits from St. John's University School
of Risk Management, Insurance, and Actuarial Science (formerly known as the
College of Insurance). |

Norma
Pico-Patino Director
Ms.
Pico-Patino, a trust conversion specialist with 15 years
of defined contribution plan experience, organizes
the conversion of a client's plan, transfers plan assets
and establishes the new service platform for participant-directed
accounts. She manages the Geller Group's Web-based service platform
linking plan trust account, participant-level recordkeeping and mutual fund
trading systems utilizing Fidelity, Schwab and Matrix source
technology. Ms. Pico-Patino received a Bachelor's degree in Finance
from Baruch College. |

Larry B. Wattenberg Director
Formerly a consulting
actuary with Alexander & Alexander, Mr. Wattenberg offers 25
years of pension plan experience. Mr. Wattenberg, an enrolled
actuary who has published in The CPA Journal's Employee
Benefit Column, is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries. He received
a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Rutgers University.

James P. English Director
Formerly the director of 401(k) administrative
services with Lord Abbett and Co., Jim English offers 18 years of experience
in managing pension and 401(k) plan relationships. Mr. English, an employee
communications specialist, manages Geller Group's client relationship management
group. He recieved a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Boston College
and a Master's degree in Finance from Fordham University.

Robert J. Plante Director
Robert J. Plante, formerly a Senior Vice President and ERISA Practice Leader with USI Consulting, Inc., Rob Plante has been providing plan documentation, advice, IRS
representation and plan operational guidance to ERISA fiduciaries and plan sponsors for over 15 years.
Rob's combined experience includes affiliations with a Connecticut-based corporate law firm, a national benefits consulting firm and a large insurance company. Rob received
received his Bacherlor's degree Cum Laude from Amherst College and his Juris Doctorate fron the University of Connecticut
School Of Law.

David A. Schon Director
Formerly a consultant with the College
Retirement Equities Fund of The Teacher's Insurance Annuity Association,
Mr. Schon offers 20 years of 401(k) plan experience.
He manages Geller Group's Web-based service platform
utilizing Nationwide Financial source technology. Mr. Schon received
a Bachelor's degree in Applied Math and Statistics from Stony Brook
University, College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, as well as a
Master's degree in Management Information Systems from New York Institute
of Technology, School of Management.

Alan R. Pfeffer Director
Alan Pfeffer offers over 20 years of employee benefits consulting
experience. Mr. Pfeffer received a Qualified Pension Administrator designation from the American Society
of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Mr. Pfeffer consults with plan sponsors and investment professionals on plan design, administation
and funding 401(k) plans, pension plans and non-qualified arrangements sponsored by for profit and non-profit organizations. Mr. Pfeffer received
a Bachelor's degree cum laude from Brooklyn College.

Michael A. Abate Director
Mike Abate offers 12 years of experience in
managing pension and 401(k) plan relationships. Formerly a senior business development
specialist with Charles Schwab & Company, Inc., Mr. Abate manages Schwab's corporate
and branch level referral network for the Geller Group. He also conducts
fiduciary review meetings with plan sponsors and on-site enrollment and annual
fund update meetings with plan participants. Mr. Abate received a Bachelor's
degree in Fine Arts from the College of Staten Island (CUNY).

Andrew Zimny Director
Andrew Zimny is an enrolled actuary with 30 years of actuarial and qualified plan
consulting experience. Mr. Zimny, a Certified Pension Consultant and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries,
manages Geller Group's defined benefit pension plan and actuarial consulting practice. Mr. Zimny has published articles in the
Journal of Compensation and Benefits as well as in The Legal Management. Mr. Zimny received a Bachelor's
degree from Clark University.

Jerry Cicalese Director
Jerry Cicalese offers 10 years of Pension Plan experience. During his Pension career, Mr. Cicalese has worked for
USI Consulting Group and CBIZ Retirement Services. He has been part of the Geller Group family for over five years. During this time he has held the position of Senior Pension Consultant,
Manager and now Director. He oversees the Daily Valuation Plan Consultants and emphasizes delivering the highest standard of services to our clients. Mr. Cicalese received a Bachelor's degree from St. Johns Universary.
