business days. During this processing period, no new existing balance transfers can
be processed. You will be advised that your request for a transfer is pending. Occasional
service interruptions may delay the processing of your request.
Share prices and investment returns fluctuate, which may produce a gain or a loss
on the sale of shares. Please review any completed balance transfers carefully.
If you find a discrepancy, please contact your employer immediately.

- Retirement Planner -
The Retirement Planner is an online tool to help you decide how much to save
and which investments will help ensure a financially secure retirement.
You can build a profile based on factors that influence your retirement planning.
The Retirement Planner will create a table with market values, percentage
allocations, investment categories and fund category returns for your
current investment choices. It will then provide you with a suggested asset
allocation, based on your risk tolerance and when you plan to retire.
A bar chart gives you an idea of how your current portfolio
compares with the suggested asset allocation. Each of the investment
funds available is then categorized so that
you may build a hypothetical portfolio based upon the suggested asset
allocation for each category. The Retirement Planner will then estimate
how well your hypothetical portfolio will meet your retirement goals.
Note: If you are not fully vested in a portion of your account under
your plan's provisions, you may not be entitled to your total account balance.
Contact your employer or refer to your summary plan description for details
about the vesting provisions applicable to employer contribution accounts, if any, under
your plan. Specific provisions or contract terms may limit the processing of certain
exchange requests. Please contact your employer or refer to your summary plan
description for information on any limitations or restrictions under your retirement plan.
